Iridium GO!® Standard Pay Monthly Plans

Iridium Web & Mail and Android 14 | Update from Iridium
Our Product Support team advised that due to recent changes introduced in Android 14 and above, Iridium Web & Mail (IMW) is no longer compatible with these newer versions of the operating systems. We are currently investigating the options for updating the app. This includes evaluating the effort involved, understanding the complexities of the required changes, and determining the best path forward for the app. Our goal is to ensure that any decisions we make align with providing the best experience for you and your users. In the meantime, we are also exploring alternative solutions and applications that we could recommend to address your needs and are here to assist with any questions or support required during this transition.

Activation Fee
The Iridium GO! Standard Plan offers a 3-month minimum term when you pay a $25 activation fee. This is required upon the first activation. 

If you choose to pay a $50 activation fee there is a 3-month minimum term. Minimum cost will be 3 months' access fee + $50 activation fee. 

Minimum Term
Both Standard Iridium GO! and Iridium Flex Plans have 3 months minimum term, when customers pay the $50 activation fee for the Iridium GO! Flex plan. 

Monthly Service Allowance
The Standard Iridium GO! plans vary in terms of inclusive voice, data and SMS minutes. The monthly allowance included in the Iridium GO! Flex Plan extends beyond calls, to all services.

• SIM card release charge only applies to Iridium SIM card reactivations for Iridium Handsets and the Iridium GO!.
• The Iridium SIM card must have been previously deactivated by GTC.

Tariff Details

• Our Iridium post-paid contracts have a minimum 3 month minimum term, however please note that although the first month's fee is pro-rated, the last month's fee is not pro-rated and is payable in full.
• Customers can only activate their orange Iridium SIM cards, starting 8988 on Iridium GO! Standard plans. SIM cards can be ordered here >
• Suspension options are only available on the Iridium GO! Flex Plans. View Iridium GO! Flex plans > 
• Complete billing information must be provided before a SIM card can be activated on our Iridium GO! Standard plans
• UK customers must complete Section B: Direct Debit Mandate in the Iridium GO! Standard contract
• US customers must complete the Credit Card Verification link, which can also be found Section C: Billing Information in the Iridium GO! Standard contract
• Customers outside the UK and USA must provide a refundable Security Deposit, which can be found in Section D: Billing Information. Our Rest of the World customers must also read the terms and conditions before providing their Security Deposit, found in Section E: Security Deposit Terms and Conditions
