Please note that the name on the account must match the invoice for deactivation to be processed. We can only schedule deactivations within the current calendar month.

We aim to process your deactivation on the same day, however, we cannot guarantee this, so please allow at least 24 hours notice, especially for any end-of-month deactivations to avoid another month's charge.

On most monthly contracts, your first month will be pro-rated with your final month charged in full regardless of the deactivation date. If your minimum term has not been completed there may be early termination fees that are applicable. If you are uncertain if your minimum term has been completed, please contact us.

Should you wish to reactivate your service following this deactivation you will be liable for any reactivation fees imposed by the satellite network operator. We cannot guarantee that the plan you reactivate on will be the same one that was previously available.
