Iridium Extreme PTT handset is not included.

The Wireless PTT handset allows you to continue your conversation for up to 300m from the vehicle with the fitted external antenna.
The audio for the Iridium 9575 Extreme PTT handset is amplified with the Wireless PTT handset kit to the external cabin loudspeaker. The kit extends the power of the Extreme PTT Device to the palm of your hand, whether you are in or out of a vehicle.
This kit can support up to 3 handsets using the DriveDOCK Extreme, which can go up to 9 handsets.
The DriveDock for Iridium 9575 Extreme Push-To-Talk supports the Extreme® handset in either PTT mode or standard voice mode.
