In the past you had to pay for your entire annual SPOT subscription before your device could be activated but SPOT have recently introduced a pay monthly option. The pay monthly subscriptions have a minimum 12 month term and start from just €9.99 with optional additional services starting from as little as €3.99 extra a month.

SPOT devices are one way messengers which allow you to send your GPS location and pre-programmed message to your personal contacts or an Emergency Response Centre. Using 100% satellite technology, SPOT works virtually anywhere in the world, even where mobile phones don't.
