The SHOUT ts is a handheld global satellite tracker and messaging device with a color touchscreen for fast menu navigation and simple text entry using on-screen keyboards.
Engineered for efficiency, it draws less than 35µA in sleep mode. Its internal 1.95 A-Hr rechargeable Li-Ion battery supports hourly position reports for up to two months (around 1,500 transmissions). The unit can also be configured to wake automatically at set intervals to send reports to a command center.
For emergencies, a guarded 911 button provides instant alert notifications. Data transmissions are available in standard format, secured with 256-bit AES encryption, or sent in 10-byte, 30-byte, or PECOS encrypted formats.
