How does the rental process work?

Choose your equipment online or with help from our team, select the rental period, and we’ll ship directly to your location. Returns are easy using the prepaid label included in the kit.

Is airtime included in my rental?

Yes, most rentals include bundled airtime or active tracking plans. For phones and hotspots, you can also choose add-on minute or data packages if needed.

Can I extend my rental if my trip runs longer than expected?

Absolutely. Just contact OSAT before your scheduled return, and we’ll extend your rental period and adjust airtime if needed.
