How do I redeem this offer?

We will provide you with a promotional code with the confirmation of your SPOT X tracker purchase. To redeem the free upgrade, please enter your code and credit card details into the SPOT My Account when activating.

Terms and Conditions

This offer ends 30th June 2019. This offer is only available to customers who purchase a new SPOT X tracker from us. They must then activate it on an Annual Basic Service plan via the My Account website. This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other discount offer.

The second offer is for Gen 3 and Trace customers. Our customers are offered 25% off the cost of their Basic Service. Take advantage of this fantastic offer, because the Gen 3 tracker is one of our bestselling products!

How do I redeem this offer?

We will provide you with a promotional code with the confirmation of your SPOT Gen 3 or Trace tracker purchase. To redeem the 25% basic service offer, please enter your code and credit card details into the My Account when activating.

Refer a Friend Programme

The Refer a Friend offer is an opportunity to reward our customers with €30 OFF the cost of their first service renewal when they recommend SPOT to their friends.

How do I redeem this offer?

Application forms and the below terms and conditions for this offer will be published on our Europe websites from Wednesday May 01st.

Terms and Conditions

This offer ends 30th June 2019. This offer is only available to customers who both have active SPOT Accounts. Once active status is confirmed, the service credit can be applied. Also, please note that any unused service credits cannot be redeemed for cash. In fact, remaining credits will be forfeited upon termination of customer’s applicable service plan.

The Referring Customer

The 30eur credit will be applied to your account at the time of your next service renewal. However, the credits can take up to six (6) weeks to be processed and posted to your account. A limit of twenty (20) credits is available per referring customer. Therefore, you are unable to refer multiple friends during this offer.

The Referred Customer

The 30eur credit being referred by your friend, will be applied to the first renewal of your service plan. Therefore, please note that the credit is not applied immediately to the newly purchased service plan. Also, if you pay their annual service on a monthly payment schedule, your credits will be applied to the monthly payments at the beginning of the next annual term.
