Designed as a ready-to-deploy solution, the Iridium Edge combines an integrated Iridium Short Burst Data (SBD®) modem, antenna, and power supply within a compact, environmentally sealed enclosure. This all-in-one design simplifies deployment and integration, helping organisations reduce development time, lower deployment costs, and quickly add satellite capability to existing cellular or terrestrial IoT systems.

The device is ideal for applications where reliable communications are essential, including transportation, oil and gas operations, agriculture, mining, utilities, maritime monitoring, remote infrastructure management, and asset tracking.
