They are pre-programmed with 16 channels and are an excellent solution for businesses and individuals who require greater levels of power and range coverage than a PMR446 radio. The Mitex HD UHF has a range that can extend to up to 25km in optimum conditions, however, this radio does require a license at a cost of £75 for 5 years. Application forms are included in the pack.
