This is a business radio which requires a licence from OFCOM. Different categories of licences are available starting from £75 for five years for those who require simple radio to radio communication UK wide or use of a radio system including a base station within a small area (1km or less)
More advanced requirements e.g. exclusive use of a frequencies will require a different licence.

It is also recommended that you apply for the appropriate licence before purchasing your radios. This is because items will not be shipped until you have informed GTC of the frequencies allocated to you by OFCOM so that the radio can be programmed accordingly.
