• Plans are based on 12 months contract with an activation charge of €50 and is available at selected authorized Globalstar Dealer locations.
• Early de-activation of the contract will result in a cancellation fee of €250.
• Incoming calls received in the Home Zone are not charged.
• Voice and dial-up data airtime billing is charged per increment of one second from first second within Globalstar Europe Home Zone.
• Burst data usage applies to outbound Direct Internet (#777) data calls are charged per increment of one second within Globalstar Europe Home Zone.
• With the exception of the Entry Plan, these monthly plans are also suitable for Sat-Fi.
• Roaming is charged €1.20 per increment of one minute. Long distance calls from Globalstar Europe Home Zone are subject to applicable long distance charges.
• Call Forwarding is subject to service fees of €0.15 per minute in addition to per minute call charge.
• Calls to other satellite service customers will result in additional charges.
• Prices and specifications are correct at the date of publication, but are subject to availability or change without notice. 
• Some telephone networks restrict calls to satellite phones, including the French number issued for Globalstar phones. Please check with your network provider.
• Unlimited usage is restricted to interpersonal voice calls between physical persons. Minutes cannot be resold to third parties by end user.
• The Fair Usage Policy (FUP) applicable to Unlimited Plan is 6000 voice minutes per month with 60 minutes maximum duration per call and 6000 #777 data minutes per month with 60 minutes maximum duration per call.
• “Always on” data connections are also prohibited. Long distance and roaming charges apply.
• Calls to Value Added Service (VAS) numbers are prohibited.
• Customer will be notified through his/her dealer or directly by all means available should FUP be violated. Once customer has been notified and should customer not revise / correct usage within 60 days of notification, Globalstar reserves the right to charge minutes exceeding Fair Usage Policy limits at €0.60 per minute and/or terminate customer contract at its sole discretion. Globalstar also reserves the right to review its FUP at its sole discretion, giving 60 days notification.
